My power locks are possessed!
My 1989 Accord power locks are possessed or have developed a serious nervous problem. They lock and unlock ok then re-lock on their own. I don't have an owners manual so not sure what's up. I already locked keys once inside but was able to use coat hanger. What's up with the locks? I searched the forums with no success.

Pull the drivers door panel off, and spray the hell out of all the lock mechanism parts...the contact switch is dirty.
My other Honda has 2 more cylinders, and 2 less wheels.
Sounds like the mechanical portion of the switch mechanism is sticking. Maybe got something spilled in it. The switch contacts are not retracting enough after you press them. When you close the doors it's enough to bounce the contact closed again and lock your doors.
when i first got my 3g i locked but pulled the (driver)handle at the same time, making that "don't lock your key's out feature" locking all the time, . . . . .
