    Goodbye 3g!

Everything good must come to an end... I am very reluctantly giving my B20 Accord away. Nothing but good things to say about the car and this site, I've had so much great info from 3geez.com during my time here. Thank you guys, keep up the good work and keep 3g Accords alive!

Here are some pics of my old Accord next to my new 04 Civic Type-R. Very happy with the new car, quite sad to see the Accord go.

Edit: No, the frame of the Accord is not twisted in the 1st pic, it's the damn optics of my cheap digicam.
It's not the type of car you drive... it's the size of the arm hanging out of the window.

Guess I'll be hanging around the site and hey man... you never know! If I'm going to need a second car later on I know it's definitely going to be a 3g.

Luckily the car sort of stays in the family. I wouldn't think it impossible of me buying my 3g back some day... :cool2:

You had a great 3G and have a awesome Civic that Honda screwed America out of both.

Not like I'm rubbing it in, but I'm already thinking about upgrading the intake and exhaust of my Type-R. I've seen a dyno sheet with stock Type-R with ONLY a short ram intake and cat-back exhaust sporting a whopping 210hp!!

well, at least you got another Honda! nice to see that. coincidentally, i've just found a Civic Si, pretty much your car, but not as good in some aspects. anyway, im seeing about that Si because they arent like a major production car, they told me limited amounts are made. anyway, nice new car dude. does it have HID headlights? i'd think since its the "Euro" civic, it would with those projectors.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

Fully loaded!?! Haha... yeah I know what you meant, but that car doesn't even have air con or stereo. Absolutely nothing! Errr... no, it does have power windows but that's all. Even the sound proofing is minimum, and you can hear it! It's like sitting in a tin can, very noisy car.

Tell me about it! I hate sitting in that Civic with my ass 3 feet above the ground. I really hate sitting that high, especially compared to my 3g. I have to see if there's anything to be done with the seats, if it's possible to make them sit a little lower or something. Otherwise the seats are just great.

Funny, I think the 04 headlights (Xenon in nordic Type-R's, even the guys in U.K. don't have the Xenons in their R's, man are they pissed) look way superior compared to the older.

Yep, the US spec Si is a nice car with 160hp K20A3 powerplant. The Type-R's are somewhat more raw and aggressive "no compromise" -version with the 200hp K20A2.

Uh, you don't really want to know, especially with our ridiculous car taxes I guess I'm gonna be eating just bread and water and paying that car for the next five years. Without any dealer options (air con, stereo, speakers) it was 30.000 euros , that's around $37.300 !! Nice, huh?
