ok heres the deal, i used to have this setup on my 89 coupe dx, tokicos in the front, kyb rear, sprint spings, 15x7 primax 618s with 45m offset, and nitto 205-50-15 tires, now the rubbing in the rear got unbearable, so they are off now, so tomorrow i am buying new rims 15x6.5, the offset on them is going to be +40mm and i plan on using my old nittos, will this work? thanx for ure time duude

Normally I could give you a instant yes. But Nitto always talks about how their tires have the widest tread width's for their given size. But I doubt they'd be so much wider (if at all) than the other makers 205/50-15 I'll check and see what their web site shows for specs to me more sure.
