I have no idea what the cost is for it .Your best bet is to get a used one.

There like 130 bucks from Majestic, but they are ALOT more aftermarket, like double. If you don't have the shop manual download it. Theres a check using a meter for the IAC, its really easy to check. If it checks bad definitely get one from salvage its one of those easy to get parts, 2 bolts 2 rubber lines

Replaced and still gettin code 14? What do i need to have to check the sensor so i can rule that out, then how would i rule out the connection to see if its somewhere in the cirkuit?

I was getting the same code it turned out to be low fuel pressure I reset my ecu and then it gave me an o2 sensor code. and the code stayed untill I got a new regulator.

Ok here is the thing abut code 14 it is a fickle mistress I have gotten it many times before when it was not the problem. Once when my fuel pump was going to die. Once when my regulator went bad and one final time when my map sensor was unpluged. So take it off clean it well with throttle body cleaner. RESET the ECU then put it back on see if you get a code BTW I have one that is in working order 30 shipped.

    Fixed...Now new Sputter
I changed my t-stat...and cleaned and adjusted the fast idle control valve.... Now my ecu is throwin' a 14, and it's sputtering during acceleration..... I've searched and done a little bit of reading.... And I know 14 is the IAC valve... So is it possible I just messed somethin up when I was working on it... Or do I need to replace the valve.... Please help.... To make the situation worse... My girlfriend fly's in from arizona today.... I'm supposed to pick her up at the airport at 4:30... The airport is 3hrs away.... I didn't get to see her valentines day.... And to make it even worse today is here birthday... I really need to get this fixed.... Please help...

what you adjusted was not a mixture screw. you adjusted the idle screw.
the mixture screw is inside the black box.
