    brake caliper paint

    hey all you us guys out there , i've been looking for Ford blue caliper paint here in Norway and there is nothing to find ...
    is there any in the us ?

    Just use engine enamel, you should be able to get it at an autoparts store.

    Yep Engine enamel can handle the heat. Pep boys sells brake caliper paint good for 500 degrees F

    powder coat them last longer and easy to clean .... last longer than engine paint ..

    if you can get them powder coated, that would be the best bet on a good quality finish that doesnt absorb brake dust. but yeah, the engine paint is about the same stuff as brake caliper paint. if you have local auto stores, check out the engine paint.

    por15 got sales reps over seas they got a paint called hardnose it is a expoxy paint ... i used it a few times .... and it is tuff as nails ..... http://www.por15.com/
