I haven't posted in a week or two...N to be honest I haven't even had time to look at the site.... To begin... This IS going to be a long post.... sorry for that... But since I haven't been around in a while I've got alot to say...
First... The pet shop I was working at closed down.... I loved that job... It was chill n' I worked by myself.... It was the first job I've had that I acctually liked... I got told this news on the last day it was open so I had no time to prepare for unemployment....
Well the good thing is the former owner of the pet shop also owns a carlot... He decided to give me a shot at the carlot as a mechanic (I have no formal training therefore i'm not a tech..) Any ways... My "test" to acctually gain full time employment, was to put the engine back into a 93' tercel... I've never been in charge of a project such as this... I've only assisted... To top it off... I have no help... There is the exhaust guy... But he don't know too much about mechanics... Well it only took me 2 days to get it in, and runnin.... I've just got to tune it... But I'm waiting on some manifold bolts from the dealer...
Things are goin great at the carlot... I passed the test... N' I"m lovin the job... Gettin paid to work on cars... It's the greatest thing ever....

I know it's not "meant" to be mounted on the dash of a 3g accord....hehe.... But it works.... I just threw something together for the mount... and covered it in the vinyl i used on my seats.... The question I have is.... Is there anyway to amplify that when I hook it to the stereo?... When I plug it in.. I have sound on the speakers, but it's not adjustable... At 0 it's off at 1-64 it'sjust barely audible... Any Ideas??....
Next.... Ta DA...I printed paul's guages and they we're cool for a few days... First I messed up my fuel guage... Anyone know how to fix this? Second I messed up my Temp. guage... (This was fucked up before...It pointed down when I accelerated and always read cold...When I fixed the T-stat it worked fine... Now it's doin' that BS agian...) Anyone know how to fix that?...Third... I made the mistake of puttin the guages on with rubber cement... Couple days later it bubbled and the speedometer started stickin'...So I had to pull over on the interstate and cut a peice of around the center of the guage... I have yet to go back in and fix the guage faces....

The benifits of working at a shop...N the exhaust man being a buddy from middle school... We made this one day at work when we had some free time...
He just had the K&N filter layin' around so I bought it from him for a blunt...
It sounds cool.. And it's a notice able increase... I know the engine bay is extremely dirty... That and the valve cover....
Now bad news about the accord.... I messed with the idle one day... And now it's really messed up... The idle is really low... Like 700 low... So I unscrewed the idle all the way, n' i'm only idling about 750... The engine really dawgs out from begining to about 3000-3500rpms.... Then it really pics up....to redline..... Does the same in all gears.... It really sux... Please help with this.... My engine light only kicks on every once an a while, right off I can't remember the code but i believe it's still a 14....
Finally...
This is me rockin' the show.... I performed in the a fund raiser telethon, to raise money for an events center... I performed a hip-hop/rap song I wrote called cold world... It was a smash... Standing ovation and everything... When I can get the vid. onto the cp i'll post it....
I'm sorry the post is so long... But I hope the pictures helped...N' please help the the few questions if you can...I'll really appreciate it...
