    big bang

    just had my stereo installed today ..... its much more than i expected.... its waaay to loud .... 2 15 inch kicker comps, a sony 800 watt amp to power those and a pioneer 800 watt amp to power the highs, and a sony 52x4 head unit..... it abosulty slams ..... anyone else have kicker comps and as impressed as i am ?

    Damn thats a nice setup. I bet your gonna piss off a lot of neighbors with that system.
    I like Kicker comps a lot, but I still prefer JLs.

    No, but I have two Kicker L74 solo barics....Only one in right now in a hidden chamber box. I have 2000 watts (1400-1600 real watts) running to it. can you say loud?

    yeah my 02 comp VRS were loud as FUCK with just 1200w to em, they were hittin 146-147 and the damn thing shook the entire car soo badly i broke the 3rd brake light and both 6x9s and 6x9 mounts... they shattered. the doors/trunk/roof hell even the hood would move at 33hz, so would the front seats if you rolled down the front windows playing a tone... those were the days

    I just installed my Kicker comp vr's......there 12's....I would have gotten 15 inch Kickers, but the dude said that they sound the same but the 12 hits the frequencies better........well to get on with the story....I installed them and listened to them, and I was way overly impressed with what I heard....the produce so much bass, and such deep bass, and I have them turned down.......I'mma bass frak, so I love them........
