it's so easy to remove the upper cover,
but the lower part of the box has a lot of hoses and wires with it.
I try to find the procedure from the shop manual,
but failed to figure out.
Does anyone know how to remove this?

That link will help, and you can even do it without that. The first time I did it, I unbolted it and lifted, then started pulling off vaccuum lines till it was free. If you pay any attention at all they're all really easy to get back on also. There's 6 lines or so.
