my accord is giving me that up and down idle before warmup. If i put my idle down low it stops, but if I raise it back up to normal it starts doing it again.

I don't need speed, I just want it.
you'll be needing the silver bible to answer that one.
idle feedback system issue. I just put up with mine. the thermo vavles are hard to find at junkyards...and they make the $12 PCV valve look like a steal.
Could check for a leak....might be fruitful, but somewhat doubtful.
clean the carb with a carb cleaner and all the linkages too specially the fast idle screw !
