Question Will 2"/1.9" slam work on 17x8 Blades?

    whats goin on all...
I was wondering if I would be okay with a 2inch front and 1.9" rear drop on my 17x8 Helo Lotus Rims.. THey are wrapped in 215-40-17 tires...
I have been contemplating on the drop for a while, but now when I look at the car all I see is that damn fender gap....
I can't stand it any longer..
Oh yeah and my car doesn't look like this anymore, I changed to LX bumpers, not those huge black rubber bumpers.

It all depends on the offset of the rims...if they are around +40-42 you could go 2.25"

    Another local, bout time
The GSX was killed, I need something new...

System in the trunk makes it sit like that...

nope it's not lowered... the back sits kinda low from the subz..
But the front I can't stand. I know it doesn't look that bad, but whenever I look at my rims that's all I think about so off to the yard I go to find thess prelude arms......

you can but the tires will rub on the edge of the fender and the quater panel if you still wanna drop you will have to roll the fender and the quater

p.s. my car right now has 225-45-17 and before this size I had 215-40-17 and I had to cut half of the lip and roll.

I really like your car. But when people sit in your back sit does the tires rub?

Because those wheels look like they stick out.

Also I was in LA and the roads down there are funny it feels like you are always hitting a bump. I drove mostly around the Superdome.

    Peace dawg.

    OK

nah man my wheels dont stick out... they fit just perfect under the fenders. I got the correct offset....42mm.
I gotta get my new pictures developed because I dropped it 2 inches last week
