get that pic workin and u will get some replies. I for one have no idea what "black" thing you are talking about.
i know what your talking about i dont think it comes off but you might be able change the bumpers not sure if they would fit. maybe someone can help... does the 88-89 bumpers fit on 86-87????

ya thats what hes talking about but it would be cheaper and easyer to just buy the bumpers off someone here. i dont think they come off... i could be wrong
No they don't come off, just swap bumpers.
hey, i've seen the piece on the 1st gen integra bumper, i guess the lip. it was help on by some screws. and on a 4th gen accord it had lips on the front and back bumpers, held on with screws. i may put a lip on mine if i get a new bumper.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™
