cutting springs, help

how much does it usuallu lower the car when u cut 1 coil off the top of a spring? i have the tokico 1'' drop springs,

Like I mentioned in your other post, it's hard to say until you install them. Every spring is different. I'll take a guess since I have the same springs but it will ROUGHLY be 1/4 inch. But that won't mean the rears will drop 1/4 inch too. That's why you have to take them out several times to get everything balanced.

well i read that the tokico springs if i put em on,,, the backof the car would look lowered but u woulnt really be able to tell the front was. so i wanted to make sure the front looked lowered, i dindt cut the back ones any, just 1 coil of the front ones

insted of cutting the whole coil cut it by qurters until you get the desired drop, thats how i did my buick
