Not a bad price either.. thats how much I paid for mine at the u-pull-it, though I had to pull the f@*#$ing thing myself with the car balanced on a stack of wheels and no air tools... Shipping's probably going to get ya though.

    gear ratio: 3.18, 1.94, 1.37, 1.03, 0.85
    final drive ratio: 4.21:1

    compaird to an LX-i accord:
    gear ratio: 3.18, 1.84, 1.21, 0.88, 0.69
    final drive ratio: 4.06:1

got these from a thread i found earlier

i'm gonna throw this together(prolly keep the accord 5th due to gas mileage and whatnot), aluminum flywheel, ACT clutch, and shortshifter. prolly be doing this sometime in June.

just noticed your from eatern pa, waht u-pull it do you go to? im from around the harrisburg area

I'd liek to get a teg tranny for the gears when my tranny does out. will those gears fit in my a18 tranny? im pretty sure they will.

It was cressent u-pull-it in morrisville. It'd be a bit of a drive from harrisburg.

I'm actually used an a18 tranny (actually its an 85 lude so it's from an ET2 but any way). You want to use an 86 or later bell housing, the counter shaft bearings are a little smaller in the 85, though it hasn't caused a problem for me yet. You will have to use the prelude diff, it has smaller axle splines but is other wise identical. The teg ring gear will bolt right to it. But don't hold your breath for those gears to go out. Aside from the 5th gears in the accords (due to poor oil passages in the case) the trannies are quite durable.

I got those from Paul's website for cars outside Japan. Well the funny thing is the B20A tranny has the same ratios for its 5spd too. Hmmmmm interesting, very interesting

Yea I have had a hard time getting an accurate figure on tranny ratios. If I knew a way to measure the gear and get the ratio I would do it since I have a LX tranny, Lx-i, A18 lude, and teg.

Igot these numbers off Kmod's site and I do believe he uses 1st gen teg transmissions

    KMOD Hybrid Trans, rebuilt
    - 1st = 3.25
    - 2nd = 1.90
    - 3rd = 1.259
    - 4th = .937
    - 5th = .771
    - Final = 4.250
