There really isn't a whole lot of weight reduction. Our hoods are very light. There is some though. I plan on getting one eventually, it should save me the trouble of shaving the badge on the front and the squirters.

Woops sorry, I called K-Modified Racing. I was going to just pick one up from them since they are only 40min away. Oh well.

There are still hoods on ebay and one of the guys that sells them actually has a mold so if someone wins the auction or does the buy it now. They make the hood and send it out.

That's the anwser given to us when we called the cali based company..What ever you win, is what they have left over from the initial batch. Why do you think the K-modified guy can't get them?

There is more then one person on ebay selling them. That being said, I would still grab them if you have the cash, cause we don't know how much longer that will last.
