    What type of Grease?

Hey guys, i was just wondering what type of grease or oil whatever i should use in my prelude arms? I just got them and one of them spins fine, you know, the two circular rod things. But the other one i can't even move in a circle...? I got them apart but don't know what type of grease lubricant i should put in there? Any ideas?
    Thanks,

    Chris

Use a thick silicone based grease, its what I used on my calipers, and if its good enough for the calipers..why not for other parts Dont use the spray stuff, that wont cut it, it just runs off and it doesnt have the thickness you need.
