    Lightbulb Two new photshops of my 3g.

    Here are 2 new chops I did tonite of my car. First just freshens up the paint with painted moldings, and the second is with projector headlights that are non pop-up. Also with painted black plastic trim on grille, eyelids and corner lights.

    ORIGINAL!:

    Here is the chop i did last week:

    NEW CHOPS!!

    First Chop: I plan to have my car look like this by the end of the summer with a 1.5" drop, 17" RH C2 rims, and a new painjob.

    Second Chop:

    Didn't spend much time on them, but you get the point.. let me know what you think.

    Definately like the headlight conversion. How are you planning on doing that?

    A local guy did the headlight conversion on his prelude, he is also the one who has done all of the body work on my accord so far, does awesome work.

    Here is a pic of the lude, I am sure I have posted it before;
    I also believe that the skirts and such on this lude were either custom made, and molded, or just custom molded on. Looks awesome IMO.

    I do not know how much he would charge.. seeing as the only one he has done was on his own car. Actually, come to think of it, it is his dad who does the majority of the body work, and probably did this conversion.

    They are in the process of getting their new shop up and running so as soon as it is, I will ask him about the costs.

    That's awesome. Let us know about those headlights when the shop is set up. Being just north of you, I would definately want to come down and get that done.
    Perfection is simply a matter of replacing parts.

    I must be the only one who thinks that it is ugly on the prelude. It just doesn't flow good. Maybe if I seen it in person I'd like it. I don't know but I like my pop ups even though they don't go down. I'd love them if they went down and weren't cock eyed.

    Being that we aren't all just north of you, how about doing a write up on a how-to for this? I like the conversion, and your photochop shows that it could look good on our cars too. Think you could get the information?
    Thanks.

    i think it looks good on the lude, but i think it would look even better on a 3g cuz of the smaller size of the eyelids. if i did something like that to my car, id use the mid 90s grand prix style square lights which would flow better IMO.
