I have absolutely NO idea on how to install the throttle linkage on my Weber!

I have a Weber 32/36 DGEV and I don't know how to install my throttle linkage. I just need some pictures of someones setup to do this...some good closeups. I have an 89 LX with an automatic transmission.

Well having an auto is one problem... since you need a second cable and cable bracket...
unless the transmission cable goes to the accelerator pedal instead of to the stock carb.

That pic is a good pic of the throttle setup... it shows you where to drill a second hole lower in the cable bracket to allign the cable with the linkage so it doesn't put unessescary tension on the cable.

The second link I gave you shows you what happens if you use the hole provided in the throttle linkage... see how it angle down sharply causing the cable to rub. Even bending the cable bracket wont give you as smooth a pull as drilling a second hole.

    Kickdown

Ok, I understand almost everything except I don't knoiw what I am supposed to do with my automatic transmission kickdown cable. There was a cable that attached from the back of my old carb and I think that is the kickdown. So how do I hook that up?
