    1988-1989 Honda Legend Front Bumper

I nearly had an accident last night when I was coming out of my parking with a Honda Legend, but in that brief few moments I noticed a few interesting things.

The front bumper on it looked identical to the 1988-1989 USDM Accord front bumpers with the clear indicators, which aren't available on the Australian models.

Now these legends are the old school ones which look more like JDM Fixed Head Lights Accords.

Now Im curious, will the bumper off one of those fit the accord, on a quick visual inspection the measurements and everything looked identical, it look the right shape,

and if that's the case im going to hunt one down and put it on my car.

I posted the same question a while back.
I never did find out. I have measured a rover 827(honda legend) front bumper and they are a simular size but I am not certain on the mounts etc.

I think they are a little bit wider. Go find one and take a tape measure to it. If one of those will fit then so will one off of a Sterling which is based on the same unibody as the legend.

From the photo's ive been looking at, the bumpers of the 1988-89 ones, are practically indetical in shape and design to the 1988-89 accord ones.
