I know i've seen on ebay alot of 88 & 89 Sidemarkers but i cant seem to find any 87's for the drivers side. If anyone knows if the 88 & 89 fit an 87 please let me know asap. I can't seem to see any difference & I'm not sure if its the wiring or if its the light bulb or what so please let me know.

There is no wiring difference, There is a difference appearance wise. 86 87 had an orange fender side with a grid-like pattern on the end side. 88 89 had a smoked plastic trim around the orange turn signal part (which is also smaller) and horizontal lines throughout the smoked lense.
I'm trying to find some of those smoked ones, I don't like the orange ones at all. Hate to go to the junkyard and find all crappy ones. where can I find a newer one???
the fender turn signals will swap with no problem, you don't need any wirring.

The only difference is they don't match the headlight trim. But just get some headlight trim from and 88-89.

Yep will work no matter what. It's very similar.

just an observation here cause i just did that but you have to get the grill as well for it all to match up. its much better looking then the 87's for 30.00 bucks i got the 88-89 sidemarkers' headlight trim' grill a new rear dashboard with grills and both tan vinal window visors. not bad hah.
