    Question se_i volume and channel switchs

    I want to know if i can put in a new deck into my car and still be able to use my volume and station selecter on my steering wheel.
    I got the need,The need for speed!!!

    It's highly doubtful. Those controls were specifically designed for the Bose music system. I'm sure that if you were technically inclined, had a pinout diagram of the remote wiring harness and the schematics for your head unit, you could hard wire it in. However, if your head unit is still under warranty, any modifications done to it will void the warranty.

    Yup, you'll loose the controls. I didn't want to let mine go but I feel better because I bought a radio with a remote. Now the controls are just there on the steering wheel doing nothing.
