New Sun Visors, And A New Trim Piece

ok, so i've gotten most of my interior color matched. red and black. i was going to try and recover my aged and miscolored sunvisors in vinal. but i dont want to do them without first doing some practice sewing with some scrap vinal. those need to look good. so i looked at all the junk yards in town, ok not all of them. i looked in 4 big ones, and none of them had an accord with good sun visors! 3rd, 4th, or 5th gens! i wanted the ones off the 5th gen cuz they had mirrors in both, which i think could make nice places for screens if i ever decided to do that. but all sun visors i looked at were either ripped like mine from sun deterioration or had nasty mildew on them. well, i looked one last time and thought i should give a crx a look. i'd looked in preludes as well and they were also had no good ones. well, i looked one last time and thought i should give a crx a look. that was just a gut feeling to check it out. and look what i got, 2 good sunvisors! they are like new. i cleaned them up, but they werent dirty really to begin with. they are the same size pretty much except for width. but thats not much of a problem. the side facing the windshield is vinal and the other side is fabric. i think those will be going black with duplicolor vinal dye. red wont turn out good on this color fabric i dont think. but i may change my mind. got em for $5. also snatched a headlight "eyebrow" trim piece. theres the pic down there of hte old cracked one. oh, and i took the chrome tape off the other ones. looks good now.

Keep us updates, I'd like to see how well they fit, especially since I think there are companies that sell LCD's already installed for the CRX.
