Right. Whenever I'm driving and I stop for whatever reason, while I'm waiting to go again, the car jerks forward every couple of seconds. It's like the car is overenthusiastic to get moving or something. Hopefully I explained this right.
Should I be worried about this?

I had something simillar and I fixed it by adjusting the valve lash...
It could be an ignition timing problem or something with the valves...
I hope it's not a worn out engine bearing.

well you should be worried about where you post, as in which exact section you should post. your technical concern goes in the technical section, not performance.
To answer your question we need more info about your car. as in do you have any erratic idling. i see you got a carb, so its more precise if you put it in the carb tech section. also, seems like you have an auto. Try to clean out the carb if you can and see if you feel out of normal heat in the engine bay. Does the car sound like its running too rich? Do u feel hesitation upon acceleration? But like i said, we need more info about ur car and what it does to answer your question in detail and accurately.
