stupid question

i feel sort of dumb asking this.... but for the life of me i cant find the oil dip stick in my 88 accord lx.. where the hell is it?

right in front of you if as you pop the hood.. between the number 1 and 2 plug wires( front right side of engine)... if it was a snake, it would have bit ya :-)

shit.. i meant the tranny dip stick.. yes, i see the oil one.

do you have an auto tranny or manual? the access for the tranny is on the battery side of the motor, almost directly in front of the fuze box, but down on the side of the tranny.
