I know this has been asked a thousand times before but what prelude trans are direct bolt on for an 88 Lxi AUTO? if there is any for an auto.

If you're talkig about swaping on a prelude auto then no it hasn't been discussed before. Its possible, both cars have the same motor. Its something to research. I dunno the ratios on the prelude's auto so I can't tell you if its a benefit or not, though it problaby is. The 84-87 prelude's front half is so close to the gen3 that it should be pretty strait forward, but be prepaired to tackel some minor glitches that may arise.
