I'm going to vote for Justin86. For having been modding his car for a year, his car is CLEAN and has gone a long way since it was in stock form and will be going even further. Its got too many mods to list. He's done both performance and looks upgrades and done an awesome job at both. His engine bay is one of the cleanest i've ever seen.
