I'm pretty sure the Accord has a unibody design, which means the body is the frame. The only body pannels you can take off are the front fenders and of course the hood, trunk, doors and bumpers.

well you could always try and fabricate your own tube frame, then just have the top of the car cut off and fit to the tubes as well as parts of the rear... the front you'll need mounting points and you'l need hinges for the doors... cool part is though that you could fully customize your suspension. even grab a custom steering rack and convert to RHD.

scary... i did see guys tub the rear wheels out on a civic so it could tuck the wheels hardcore but it created tons of suspension probs. They also had to bash the hell out of the front strut towers and run the exhaust inside the car... but it woud tuck soo much the car would sit right on the ground... scary, people, scary

Are you talking about the front fenders? Those can come off, the rear ones can't. Most cars with unibodies (almost all modern cars) have front fenders that can be removed.
