I'm pretty sure the Accord has a unibody design, which means the body is the frame. The only body pannels you can take off are the front fenders and of course the hood, trunk, doors and bumpers.
yep, unibody! cant do it

well you could always try and fabricate your own tube frame, then just have the top of the car cut off and fit to the tubes as well as parts of the rear... the front you'll need mounting points and you'l need hinges for the doors... cool part is though that you could fully customize your suspension.even grab a custom steering rack and convert to RHD.

i saw a 4th gen that the guy made a tube frame for it, but it also had a 350 in it and was a drag car!

scary... i did see guys tub the rear wheels out on a civic so it could tuck the wheels hardcore but it created tons of suspension probs. They also had to bash the hell out of the front strut towers and run the exhaust inside the car... but it woud tuck soo much the car would sit right on the ground... scary, people, scary

if our car is a unibody how come on mine I see bolts where I can unscrew them and take off my fender????
Are you talking about the front fenders? Those can come off, the rear ones can't. Most cars with unibodies (almost all modern cars) have front fenders that can be removed.Originally Posted by Magny
oh lol okie, i know about the backs being nonremovable, other than that you would need a whole new body frame lol
you can do a uni-bodydropshitty, i was thinkin of doin a body drop on it.
