Rear wheelwell rust repair patch panels

The Girlfriend wants me to "Fix the Rust" on her 86 EX-i.
Fortunately, the car is not really too rusty. There are perforations around the rear wheelwells at the forward lower wheelwell, and directly below, on the rockers.
Are there Patch Panels available from some company that I can tack-weld in, or must I fabricate some panels out of 22 gauge steel myself? (Ghod, how I hate doing that as I always cut the bejeebers out of myself)

Are there other areas of this car that are prone to rust that I should pay attention to? I am going to have to do all the maintenance to this car, so I had better learn my Hondaology 101.

    Great site. Helpful stuff. Thanks.

Now, as for the anus...perhaps it is 'rhoids or polyps. You should drink less beer and eat more fibre...
