you mean you got the bolt off > move the cylinder back > got out the old pads > put the new pads in > grease teh upper sliding caliper bolt > put the caliper down again > tighten the bolt > go insid and press the pedal several times and the cylinder will go back and the brake will be as hard as it was before ! !

the cylinder wont budge. thats my problem. and i need it to move back so the new pads will fit
bought a c-clamp, fixed the problem
