Taking Out Piece On the Door Where You Store Things

I have two that are cracked, and i want to replace them. I only see one screw to take out. Has anyone taken it out? I need input. Is it hard?

I DON'T WANT TO HAVE MY WHOLE DOOR PANEL FALL OFF.

    Let Me Know!
