its alot of electronic relays. I don't have the manual in frtont of me, but I know the seatbelt warning and some of the other dash stuff goes through it

i thought maybe the grey box under the ash tray might be the controller unit with the beeping thing that lets you know the door is open when the key is in? thats farther back under the dash, im sure i've seen what you talking about.

i'd check the bulbs first. if thats not it check fuses and relays. that box under the dash wouldnt have anything to do with the turn signals. wait, do you mean the turn signals in the bumper dont work while they are blinking? they arent supposed to be on if the lights are on, only when the blinker is going.

all i kno, is if u take the panel off under the key thing, that is where the beeper is or runs through.
