    Hydraulic Clutch Swap

So i was looking in the old chilton just now and noticed that the 90-95 accords have a hydo clutch and also the 84-91 and 92-95 preludes. the 90 accord and 92 ludes are the same setup and the 84 lude is a diff setup. My question is has anyone ever done or know if its possible to swap one of those setups on the 86-87 accords?? this would make the car even more fun to drive and be a wonderful custom mod.

Since our cars have such small engines that hyrdaulic clutch set-ups aren't even needed to be able to easily use the clutch, switching to hydraulic would give you a much vauguer feel when using the clutch and would add weight and unneccessary complexity to the engine bay.

A short answer is no-one would do this mod since it's useless from any standpoint unless someone doesn't have the leg strength to operate a cable operated clutch.

yes, but unless you're swapping to an engine/tranny that requires the hydro clutch, don't worry about it
