    Glow Gauge W/ stock dimmer

    anyone hooked up the glowgauges for our cars using the stock dimmer switch and headlight switch?? i was about to install but didnt want to put this ugly ass toggle switch and turn knobb

    aight, im smart i have mine hooked up to the light ring around the cigarette lighter, so it works with the dimmer and goes on with the headlights

    the cig lighter would be the main power sorce then, GENIUS! hey thanks man

    ok, nobody likes sarcasm. the power sorce comes from a transistor or modual i guess? its a black comtrol box, anyway the pos and neg power go into the box and the dimmer, on/off, and light power sorce come out of it. so how would you wire this to the cig??

    well i poped out the lil cap where the fog light switch would go if you had factorys, i hotted off of the plug thats behind that cover, much closer than going though the cig ring and does the exact thing. hope this helps
