Auto Trans Question..

I have a 89 Honda Accord right now and was thinking about converting it to a Auto. Yes i know a mannual is better to go faster and is funner but the traffic were i live is a BITCH!!! I was wondering can i convert to a auto and program the auto to shift at a higher RPM insteed of a lower rpm? If so how can i? Thanks, Brian

there is no program... you just take the throttle value cable and put it in your right hand pull it when you want high rpm shifts and let it go when you want low rpm shifts... also you need to let it go some to get the torque convertor to lock up

manual to auto conversion is goin to be a bit harder than the other way around. make sure you do your research. ^_^
