Let me know what you end up using and needing to set it up... 45's would be better, depending how fast you're goign to spin the motor. A 2.0l motor with good volumetric efficiency would only pull about 300cfm at 8500rpm... dual 40's might provide a bit more than that, but nothing's goign to be tuned or working optimally... I'd go with 45's for that reason (from what I've read)...
I don't know how much different the b18a is from the b20a... or even where to get everything to set it all up...

pierc manifodls makea s intake mani but its liek 537 bucks or somethign crazy liek that! . you could have one made for cheaper than that. waht is nice about weber 40's or 45's they can hold boost!, you can turbo that thing!
