    Fresh Engine Bay Pics

Modding season has just begun. Finally got my valve cover on and ignition coil installed. Next is CAI and on the 22nd ill get my header and catback exhaust.

Here are some pics. Thanks to HostileJava for helping me out very much.

I couldnt help but laugh at the crappiness of the short ram intake.

Haha I never had a problem with mine, they didn't fit quite perfect but they have yet to come off after about 13k miles.

to me they don't have enough slack in them, look at how the look in Mikey's pics, they are too banjo strung to me. I Don't like wires that are totally pulled tight going from the plug to the dizzy. Several other people have mentioned the same thing. Persona preference of course but I'm sure my car runs just as well with the 14 buck set of NGK wires I picked up. I know the resistance readings were about the same between the 2

The MSD Blaster2 ignition coil (red thing on the top left hand corner of the engine bay) can be found at any local Pep Boys or Autozone. It really doesnt help much except make it idle better and maybe a little smoother. Its always a good thing to do tho. HostileJava showed me how to install it since I dont know shit about engine components. The Crane wires were found on some site where I bought them for like $40 but Vinny posted a link earlier to them for like $25 bucks. I have just regular NGK titanium spark plugs that seem to do the trick, and an Addco Cap and rotor that i just installed yesterday. It rides so smooth now its unbelievable, I used to put it in reverse and it would rumble so bad but now u hardly even know. Also those pics are little outdated. #1 I have a DC Sports header and catback exhaust. and #2 I am a little fatter now (haha like that Vinny?)

PS: Maxoutracer, thanks for the comment but u dont have to lie man Its dirty as hell but hopefully today ill clean it up and take some nice pics with the header and all.
