    Help with my car

Hey every body. I haven't been on here in a while, on account that i gave my lxi to my sister. and i am now driving a civic, but a small problem have came up and i know that this form helped me out alot with the problems that came up with my lxi. I now drive a 96 civic ex. every thing is fine and the car drives great. but when i am accelerating a little not making it pass like say 3K rpms it is a little hesitant inbetween gears. I was wondering what would casue that kind of problem the i changed all the minnor stuff the air filter, the spark plugs. could it be the fuel filter? i ain't sure. could some one help me out.
    Thanks
    Tiga

i think if the rotor in the distributor cap gets burnt up over time and cause bad firing or the distributor which might cause the lag youre refering to...me tinks.

This is the techincal section. You might want to chech your timing and vacuum advance on your distributor. Check for vacuum hoses that are cracked or broken.
