They won't bolt in directly, you'll have to modify the brackets to get them to line up with the floor bolt holes...

i really doubt the rear seats will fit very well as the integra is shaped qute a bit differently (duh) but the front seats shouldnt take too much work to fit them.

Dunno about the back but the front should work if you make the brackets fit right.
