you heard about my interesting almost accident the other day
well today i started working on my rear brakes after work, then it starts to rain
so i finish those in the pouring rain
then i take er for a test drive, its still making the scraping sound i assumed was my drums.
so i figure good god it must be my front brakes
so i take off driver side tire and lift up the caliper, take off front outer pad, its in perfect condition decently thick, then i check the inner, and wouldnt you know, its seperated from the backing and falling apart
then i solve that problem and head back home
i get within 3 blocks of my house and i hear a weird noise coming from my front tire. fuck it must be a flat, pull off check tire listen for any leaking air, and i feel what seems to be a fucking screw with a washer on it stuck in my tire
so i drove home as i hadnt lost any air yet and park and then i hear it PSHHHHHHHHH o boy i think it fell out, so im leaving it till morning at which time ill slap on my donut and go buy my new tires.
