    Lightbulb possible 3geez aluminum overlay(bezel trim)!!

    i did it again guys, i found a site that might make a aluminum overlay for our accords!! i just emailed them today to put our model under development, if they do we need 15-20 people to buy in order for them to start production. as for price i'm not sure yet but in ebay for accord 90-93 aluminum overlay the price starts at $20. here's the site if you guys wanted to see what i'm talking about at www.speedhut.com :super: :lol

    I contacted them about 5 months ago to make indiglo guages for our cars. They wanted WAY too much to do the indiglos.

    those bezels on ebay that you think will work on our car, will not, they are for the 90-93 accord, notice the fine print "Do not bid if your guages dont look like the template". Well ours do not, thus they will not fit.

    The indiglos on ebay are the Reverse Indiglo Guages from procarparts.com. Josh (LowAccord2) sells them. $69.99.

    hey guys here's an update from speedhut:

    Yes, we are working on the 86-89 accords.
    > They should be avail in a few weeks.

    The total will probably be around the same as the 90-93 Accord
    Overlays. We
    have Brushed Aluminum only at this time. However, we have had
    customers who
    have painted their Overlays to match their cars with great results.

    I have emailed them about the gauge surround.
    I really like the idea of the Brushed Aluminum gauge surround.
    I hope they get them made soon and that they will ship to the UK (you would be surprized by the number of companys that wont ship to the UK even from europe )

    I just got a reply from speedhut.com about the gauge surround and they are expecting to have them for sale on their web site in two weeks. I will be getting one as soon as they are avalable.

    Hell my friend could do it he did mine in blue vinel, he could probably find some aluminum vinel and do it for you guys that want it done for a small price. I'll talk to him and see if he would like to do it for a couple of you guys and girls. all you would have to do is send the trim piece to him with some money inside for his pocket and to send it back to you.
    My Lug bolts require more torque than your car produces :P
