    Angry Whoa wtf...

I called a local place that my friend says is cheap and does good work to ask about a EFI conversion. They said parts would be expensive and labor would be $1,000. WTF is this true or just B.S? I was thinking about waiting until fall when i take my automotive class and do it then and get help from instructor. I thought that was steep since my friend who refered me to the place got a B18c engine swap in his Honda 85 CRX for $1,000. What should i do?

Do the EFI conversion yourself. It's not hard. It just takes time. Find an LX-i parts car and tear it all apart and get what you need for the conversion.

    EDIT - Here is a how-to. http://pages.infinit.net/omus/

those prices are because they may be using newer parts and labor price is high. i still wanna do the EFI swap on mine.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™
