That wasn't PS that for sure...

My guess is that was originally a 4th gen kit that was modified to fit the 3G... thats why you see all the shave marks possibly to remove material to make the fiberglass easier to bend so that it matches the 3G and also note the areas they cut to fit the bumper and side skirts.
So yeah they are selling a real kit...


They say:

Which is cool, but it's still a 4G kit which means that buying individual pieces will be costly cause they will end up with only parts of a kit and will have a harder time selling them off, as either an unmodifed 4G part or 3G compatable.

it IS illegal... it's copyright infringement... the same parts of the law that covers photographers covers ANYBODY that takes a picture and puts it anywhere, period... i've ran into this problem myself at least once... so what they are doing is illegal

it's intellectual property... it's like if you write a book... same if a photographer takes a picture... it's protected... usually it's not worth pursuing in court, but it can get whoever is using the pic to stop using it...
