I'm sort of a newb when it comes to cars and I'd like to get a list set up of what certain terms mean. I'll post some I know. If you guys post some here I'll add them to my list, so it can be one big list.
JDM - Japanese Domestic Model
DSM - Dimond Star Motors
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer
LX - Luxury model
LX-i - Luxury model injected
EX - ?
DX - Stripped(lowest model)
EK - Early Accord engine code
Si - Sequential injection
SE - Special Edition, has leather
SE-i - Special Edition Injected
GTi - Grand Touring(Grand Tourismo(sp)) injected
Carb - Carborator
EFI - Electric Fuel injection
Fart Can - Large Muffler Tip
VTEC = Variable Valve Timing With Electronic Lift Control
PGMFI = Programmed Fuel Injection
ECU - Engine Control Unit
Nitrous Oxide - Oxygen rich gas or liquid that is injected into the engine for a short boost of power
Turbocharger - Uses expelled gas to power up engine, has short spool lag. (more info check out Home made turbo)
Supercharger - compresses gasses entering the engine. So more oxygen in smaller space.
Blower - ?
Stroker - ?
I/E/H - Intake - Exhaust - Header. Most common mods(think thats right, not sure about the header)

SAE = Society of Automotive Engineers
AEM = Advanced Engine Management, a brand name.
Cat = Catalytic Convertor, an emissions device in the exaughst system
EGR = Eqaughst Gas Recirculation, another emissions control deviceHP = Horse power
TQ = Torque
BHP = Base horse power
WHP = Wheel horse power
ALDL= assembly line data link
OBD= on board diagnostics
N/A= Naturally Aspirated(no Forced Induction)
FI=either Fuel Injection or Forced Induction
Forced induction= Turbocharging, supercharging, or nitros oxide
Rice - Looks fast; goes slow
Ricer - One who rices(mispronounciation of race)
Sleeper - Looks slow; goes fast
Flashers - put on by the 'winner' or a street race
Flyby - Somebody who flys by you after a race to show their 'badass'ness while being a bigger pussy

airbags- little bags put in suspension components that when compressed with air will lift a car, and when not compressed, will lower a car
hydrolics- i dont know how they work but the make a car go BOING!
shave- to get rid of, and replace with preferrably sheetmetal to give it the appearance that it isnt there and never was
krylon fusion- spray paint made to bond to plastic and vinyl
metal cast- spray paint used to give things and anodized look
blang blang- mostly chrome
spinners- wheels with an outer peice on a hub that spin when the wheels are stopped
spokes- wheels that have many spokes and mostly wires
bucket seat- a seat that has biult in supportts to help hold a person steady during turning
bench seat- a seat that has a flat bottom and back
fog lights- lights to help improve visibility in foggy weather
driving lights- lights that have a wider beam to help improve vision and make car more visible

A/R-term which describes the size of a turbochargers turbine housing. Technically A is area of volume at a specific cross section, R is radius of the centroid of that area, here this is easier, bigger A/R= more flow, less back pressure, and more lag
wastegate-vlave that limits boost by bypassing exhaust gasses aroung the turbine wheel of a turbocharger
BOV- blow off valve- vlave which vents boost created by a turbo when the throttle plate is closed. makes the cool "pshhhhhh" sound
AFR- air fuel ratio
ring land- portion of a piston between the top surface and first piston ring
under square- an engine with a small bore and long strokealversquare- an engine with a large bore and short stroke
valve lift- the maximum distance a vlave moves from its seat when open
duration- the period over which a valve is open
opening ramp- the part of a cam lobe that takes up the vlave lash and opens the valve
coil bind- the point at which the coils of a coil spring touch
valve float- a potentially damageing condition encountered in the valve train at high engine speeds where the lifters lose contactwith the cam lobes
under steer-when you fling a car into a turn and the front tires give up first
oversteer- when you fling a a car into a turn and the rear tires give up first(drifting)
bumpstop- a piece of rubber which limits the suspension compression
trail braking- a technique used to rotate a car during turn-in. accomplished by keeping brake pedal depresses for a short period while turning
turbo lag- the amount of time it takes for the turbine of a turbocharger to spool up, happens more dso on larger turbos
compression ratio- how much the air in a cylinder gets compressed befor the spark plug fires
camber- when viwed from the front the angle a wheel sits in relation to a straight line
caster-when veiwed from the side, the angle between the front wheels steering axis and a vertical line
toe- when veowed from the top, the amount a pair of tires is pointed inwards
forging- manufacturing echnique oif amshing a piece of metal into with thousands fo pounds of force
compressor wheel- happy spinny thing in a turbo which provides boost
turbine wheel- the other spinny thing in a turbo that get tortured by exhaust gas to spin the compressor wheel
wet nitrous- a n20 setup that mixed the nitrous wiith fuel
dry nitrous- only injects nitrous, usually through the air intake
offset- axial distance between the wheel centerline and its mating surface with the hub
VVT- variable valve timing
VNT- variable nozzle turbo
backspacing- distance of a wheels mounting surface from the inboard rim
