    Prelude Dizzy

    Ok I just picked up a distributor off a 84-87 Dual Carb Prelude.
    Will it work with my 87 LX w/ a BS1?

    I just would like to know before I hook it up and fuck up something hardcore.

    Yes, it will work. they are all the same. actually lude distributor has a little more vacuum advance. i used to have one on my carbed accord.

    Lude distributor only has one vacuum hose going to the vacuum advance.

    Umm the one I got has 2 vacuum ports, the European version must be differant.

    18 yr old Prelude, the one with the pop up headlamps. B20 (prototype for the 3g Prelude) ...but in the lighter car, with big brakes

    Not true. I got the Tec off an A18 Dual Carb Prelude and it has 2 vacuum ports. I can get pics if you don't believe me.
    I just installed it and it seems to run better, I just have a vacuum line to deal with.
