Baby Cry from Engine? Werid!?

(In the driveway Parked)I warmed my car up and kicked down my choke and at the 1100 on the tac, i herd like a baby starting to cry from the engine bay. I've herd it before from the engine but not like this time.it lasted like 6 sec, then i tried to get it again by givin it a little gas and leting it fall bac down but it didn't do it, but did do it after i brought it to 2000 and let it roll down. Would this be the Transmission, cause it sounds like it when i put my ear down in the engine, but i dunno where it was coming from.

could be the speedo cable whining inside the trans... but it could be a vacuumleak as well.

probably just a...

1. vacuum leak, especially around the carb base

2. auto tranny not completely in park, run it from park to 2 and back fast (don't let the gears engage)

3. screwed up pully?

Did it happen right when you started the engine, because it might sometimes squeel because the oil isnt completed transported throughout the engine when its first started.
