    day dream question

i know this has been asked a few times but this is for all the turbo accord a20a's. what is the top speed on a boosted accord? like with 5-10psi what does it top out at? 110-130 for NA stock but what about decked out with boost?

it really depends on your whole setup. I bet with 5-10 psi you'd see somewhere of 170WHP or more.

No one knows for sure. I have yet to see any actual numbers. Once again speculation since no ones been to a track and brought back a time slip (other than Johnny and hes not street legal) nor have they shown any actual dyno numbers. Its all "day dream answers" for your "day dream question."

I would suspect that with boosted HP numbers your eventually going to feel the drag forces a TON more.

Anyone know the drag coefficient of the 3g body?

I wouldnt be suprised if he did. I've hit 125 or so on my stock accord, the speedo only goes to 130

he he he I would say much more, the max redline speed with stock 13" wheels is about 165mph. With bigger tires and higher redline you could hit 170-180 in theory, not sure how stable the car would be at that speed. For the speedo, even though it says 130, it actually pegs out at 165, just short on 0 mph. Take out the speedo and just turn the needle, and I made custom gauges that read that high. I was able to hit 130mph with just I/H/E before I ran out of road, with my new engine and 75 shot 140+

sean was supposedly running 12lbs daily on a motor that had 260k+ miles on it. Then again, we dont have real valid proof of that. . . . . .so take it with a grain of salt.

well why dont we make a section for track time slips and dyno sheets, cuz as soon as i get my head back on ill have some stats i bet it would give us a reason to actually go test it also, let everyone know what your car can really do. just a thought.
