Alright i was out driving today and i noticed that when i push in the clutch the rpm's just hang aroung 1500 when they use to drop down like under 1000.

It's not a drinking problem it's a drinking solution.
im thinking you are probably right.or maybe a sticky throttle cable

yea is most likely one of your throttle cables...go and take a look at them they might be sticky or one of your idle cables might be loose
