Okay I went to evaluate my car some more...and it started for like 30 secs and then it shut off. Its getting fuel and the fuel bowl is full and it is also making spark (i used the screwdrive test) I was wondering could it be compresion and if how to know?? anything else it could be??

hmmm . . . . .all of a sudden i don't think so.
does it rev when you push the gas?
did you check the float screw?
how about the trottle stop screw?
or it could be a disconnected vacuum line?
