window , help me out . .

okay now tell me the turth you guy's i can handle it.
i was able to take the panel off, and some other stuff but i did'nt remove the door handle, o rsuch, but i seen, it's like a half of a circle gear thingy, the track's on each side of the door.
those are in place, oh but what have we here, you guys know where you was talking about the plastic thingy's yall wre talking about, well on the side where the door jamb is now that plastic piece is up over the track, but the other side is fine.
now what i'm afraid of is once i put it back in place if the window not gonna work or not. cause when you roll it up or down it work's but the window does'nt do anything.
do you think the window is fine or not, once i put it in place?

i seen what's wrong everything, except for one thing, the window motor and gear assembly is missing 2 screw's on top of that the place where the screw goe's seem to be ripped, . . . . . .. .
how can i fix this help me guy's?????????????????????
