    loose timing blet

    my timing belt look ok. the onwer befor me said he change all of them. do look new. the problem is the timing belt is loose like hell. can i tension it wih out taking of all the other belts and pullys?

    But you wil have to remove the cam pulley cover.
    Loosen the tension bolt. Using the crank bolt turn counter clockwise until you see the cam pulley move 3 teeth, keeping tension on the crank bolt tighten the tension bolt and your done.
    Car must be jacked up.

    don't need 2 b jacked up just turned the steering wheel all way to the left.
    and you can acces the tension bolt from up top, if your hand are small enough . . .
    oh plus this must be done with the engine cold . . .
